If using a phone case, it is recommended that the thickness of the phone case should not exceed 3mm, and it is recommended to use it with the official Xiaomi phone case.

Please ensure that there are no metal objects between the wireless charger and the phone to prevent heating or inability to charge wirelessly caused by metal objects.

To achieve a maximum wireless charging power of 30W, it is recommended to use a charger with 67W or higher and a standard data cable. Using other chargers or data cables may cause mismatches, resulting in a decrease in wireless charger output power or flashing lights and alarms.
